our story
When I started my first business, I did everything myself. I was working over 100 hours per week and still dropped the ball on so many projects.
Like many have done, I searched online for solutions and used sites like Upwork, Fiverr, and onlinejops.ph to find an assistant to help me. I hired people from India, Pakistan, Philippines, and Europe and struggled to find loyal and committed assistants.
In 2013, I had a chance to visit the Philippines and started to see the potential of the people but also the struggles they faced and their resilience.
By 2016, I started Digital Nomad, which was focused on back up plans for internet and staff. I became the buffer between clients and assistants and built a team focused on helping clients get things done.
